• Pre-made pieces are shipped within 2 business days of your order.
• Artwork orders are shipped the same day when placed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
• Pre-order pieces are shipped 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, as outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

All pre-order items are made available before production is completed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be shipped approximately 4-5 weeks from the date of purchase.

Throughout the production process, you will receive regular E-Mail updates regarding the status of your order, keeping you informed at every stage until shipment.

To ensure reliable fulfillment, we have established a binding manufacturing agreement with our production partner, guaranteeing that all pre-order items are produced and delivered within the stated timeframe. While unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays, we are committed to maintaining full transparency and keeping you informed should any changes occur.
